Scatterbrain

Sterling City can be a tough town. Nowhere is this truer than in the crime-ridden streets of Uptown, where young monkey Nemo grapples with his bizarre gifts under the hazy eye of Vagrant, a local homeless superhero. Nemo's strange ability to pull things out of TV broadcasts and into realty can be more trouble than it's worth, but may be the only thing that can save him and his irate mentor when they are descended on by monsters, Sterling's state-sanctioned do-gooders, and worse.
