Every two years, magic makers and occult practitioners from all around the world gather for the Grand Cabal, a secret festival of spells, fellowship, and supernatural spectacle. For Sterling City's resident mages, it's a new opportunity to trade knowledge, forge alliances, and revel in the arcane arts. Unfortunately, this year sees multiple sinister actors with their own machinations for the festivities.
